Private tutor in Baton Rouge, LA
Education
Hi, I'm a 2nd year computer engineering major at Louisiana State University. I'm a quick learner and will put in time outside of our designated meetings to help you succeed! I have the most experience tutoring math and Latin, but I am accomplished in all of my listed subjects. I got a 35 on my ACT and a 2320 on the (old) SAT. I was a recipient of the Dean's Honor Scholarship from Tulane university and a half-scholarship to Vanderbilt. I want to be a tutor because I think everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns!
Experience
I took almost all AP classes my junior and senior years of high school. I passed all of my tests with a 4 or 5. I never believed in signing up for standardized testing tutoring centers, because everyone learns differently. So through my own hard work and dedication, I jumped 300 points on the SAT, and from a 32 to a 35 on the ACT. I understand that some subjects are harder for others to understand, which is why I'm incredibly patient and qualified for this job.

Hobbies
I played the piano for 13 years, and I had many leadership positions in high school. Now that I'm in college, I spend more time taking care of myself. One way I do that is by running with my dog, Knyla, almost everyday!
